Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire condo, including the pool, hot tub, and one reserved parking space. (Additional parking located in the overflow lot behind the pool). An elevator provides easy access to the unit.

For the safety and security of all guests, there is a Ring doorbell/security camera located at the entrance of the condo. This device is in place for monitoring entry only and is not to be tampered with, covered, or disabled. Any interference with the camera will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation, and guests will be required to vacate the property.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
